A submission appointment, a complete document folder, and the flight and hotel reservations the application requires. Your client walks into VFS for the biometric scan and nothing else.

Complete the application portal in full: DS-160, the UK government portal, or the relevant Schengen platform
Track VFS Global, TLScontact and embassy calendars until a submission slot opens
Vet three to six months of bank statements against the consulate's own criteria
Draft a compliant employer no-objection certificate
Format photographs to the exact geometry the consulate specifies
Generate the verifiable flight reservations, hotel vouchers and travel medical insurance the application requires
Assemble the physical folder and hand it over

Biometrics must be given in person, so nobody can complete these from a desk. The fee reflects that we do everything up to the appointment. Fast-track and VIP appointments, where they are available, are quoted separately.

What we do

Collect the client's file in Dubai
Submit it to a licensed destination management company inside the destination country
Receive the stamped letter of invitation or approval voucher they issue
Lodge it with the embassy in the UAE, or hand it over for a drop-off centre

Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Various South American nations, Various North African nations.

These require local sponsorship or a licensed local agent, so the file goes through a partner inside the country. Turnaround depends on that partner rather than on us, and we say so before you commit a client to a date.
