Terms

These are the standing terms for trade bookings. Your full commercial terms, including any credit facility, are issued with the agency agreement when your account is approved.

Cancellation

Charges run on the scale below, measured against the start of the service rather than the booking date.

Packages refund in full to 60 days before travel and then run on the same scale. Visas are non-refundable once submitted, because the government fee is spent at that point.

Amendments

Pre-travel amendments are made at no charge. Where an amendment changes what a supplier charges us, the difference is passed through at cost and shown on the revised confirmation before you accept it.

Payment

Payment terms, including whether a credit facility applies to your account, are set out in the agency agreement issued at approval. Until then, bookings are confirmed against payment in advance in AED.

Rates

Published net rates hold for the period stated on the rate sheet. Lines marked as quoted are priced per booking and are firm once we have confirmed them in writing. A quotation is valid for the dates it names.
